Make it in a 5 … Make it in a 5 gallon water cooler bottle. 16 quarts of grape juice, 3 packets of dry active yeast, boil a pound or so of sugar in a quart of bottled water till its a syrup, let it cool Add the grape juice and syrup, the bottle should be almost full, add syrup and finally add the yeast, dont shake cover with a latex glove with rubber bands tightly, dont poke holes the air will escape. after 2 weeks its done and then bottle it,after two more weeks rake it, flavor with more syrup and get buzz!
I made this wine … I made this wine from the instructions in this video plus I added a couple other steps. It has been 21 total days now. I racked the wine a couple times and bought some additives from my local winery to preserve flavor, kill bacteria, and to re-sweeten the wine. This stuff is amazing!!! I never thought homemade wine could taste this good.
I made 2 gallons of … I made 2 gallons of this wine with wine yeast. I made one gallon of grape wine 5 days ago and one gallon of apple wine yesterday. Both batches were bubbling after about 8 hours. I plan on filtering mine after the bubbling stops. I’ll let you know how they taste when they are finished.
There are several … There are several ways to distill the wine or cider into harder alcohol without a still, freezing does work but there are better, google “Wok Still” for a cool one.
yha I suggest … yha I suggest drinking it slowly I let mine ferment for like 4 days then the balloon fell so I thought it was gonna be less alcohol content well I was wrong drink with caution
on the first batch … on the first batch I made I forgot to put the sugar in the yeast b4 putting it into the jug I guess it does not matter bcuz the baloon still inflated
